HOW IT WORKS

We work for residential and commercial customers. We enjoy the process of creating pieces for individuals well as interior designers, general contractors, and architects. To get started, it can be as simple as a few email exchanges, a phone call, or we can schedule an in person meeting to discuss the project, dimensions, wood species, and design. From there we can normally establish a rough ballpark price. If this price fits within the clients budget, we will ask for a verbal commitment to get started.

From here we will work with the individual or institution to design the piece we will be building. This will consist of 2d renderings and 3D CAD drawings. Once the designs and plans are finalized, we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. The shop generally carries a 3-5 month backlog. This backlog may vary.

Once we start on your project we welcome our customers to stop by our shop, or visit our social media platforms for build updates. We also provide personal shop updates to our clients along the way.

We offer free delivery and install on all furniture pieces within the greater Nashville area.

OUR POLICY

We offer a lifetime guarantee on every piece that leaves our shop. If or when any issues should arise, reach out to us by phone or email and we will resolve any issues in a timely manor. This limited to intended use and excludes abuse and normal wear and tear. We encourage our customers to reach out even on the accidentals from children, pets or spills and we will work with you to resolve any issues from life’s what ifs.

We offer free delivery and setup on all furniture pieces within the greater Nashville area. Delivery outside of our areas we serve may require a fee. Cabinetry, shelves or and goods requiring labor intensive installation is excluded.

A non refundable 50% deposit is required once designs are finalized to secure a post on our schedule. A typical backlog to be expected is 3-5 months. Build times may vary and are not guaranteed.
